Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking: To secure your reservation, a 50% advance payment is required. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment.

Cancellation: Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 5 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 5 days of your arrival date will incur a 40% charge on the total bill amount. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable after the 5-day cancellation window.
